Cooling
The following parts of the closed cooling system are covered: expansion/surge tank & valve, heat exchanger, circulation/water pump.
Controls
Neutral start switch assembly, starter/choke primer switch, starter/stop button, throttle control handle, throttle cam lever & cable, shift cable & interrupter switch, tilt/trim switch, ignition switch (EXCLUDING KEY & TUMBLER).
Electrical
Alternator, starter, solenoid & drive, stator, voltage regulator & rectifier, ignition coils, switch box, ignition module & trigger/amplifier, windshield wiper motor. (EXCLUDING WIRING & WIRING HARNESS).
Engine
The following internal parts: pistons & piston rings, crankshaft & main bearings, connecting rods & rod bearings, reeds & reed block, camshaft & bearings, rocker arms, lifters, followers, valves, valve springs, guides & seats. Also covered: manifolds (excludes risers, riser gaskets & pipes), fl y-wheel, oil pan, engine mounts, distributor housing, shaft & bearings. Cylinder block, sleeves & heads if damaged as a result of the FAILURE of a lubricated internal part. DIESEL ONLY: Turbocharger housing & all internal parts, waste gate actuator.
Fuel System
Fuel pump, fuel injectors, electric choke solenoid, air box, flame arrestor, distributors, ECU module, sensors & limiters.
Jet Drive
Lubricated internal parts of the pump housing, impeller, steering nozzles, power valve controller, intake grate, ride plate, flame arrestors, stator assembly. Impeller housing if damaged by the impeller. Jet drive housing if damaged as a result of the FAILURE of a lubricated internal part.
Lubricating System
Oil pump, injection drive gear & shaft, oil tank, oil level sensor & warning horn, oil lines, oil injection metering system.
Lower Unit
Lower Drive Unit: Gearcase head, bearings & oil retainer, gearcase assembly, driveshaft & upper bearings, shift rod & cover assembly, lower pinion bearing, forward gear, pinion gear, reverse gear, propeller shaft, shift fork. Gearcase housing if damaged as a result of the FAILURE of a lubricated internal part.
Power Trim
Spring sending unit, oil pump, relief valve, spring & O-ring, trim & tilt cylinders, manual release valve, hydraulic pump, reverse lock valve, power tilt & trim motors, solenoids & switches.
Seals & Gaskets (NEW WATERCRAFT ONLY)
Seals and gaskets are covered as needed, when used in conjunction with the replacement of a failed covered component
Steering
Hydraulic Steering: Hydraulic steering head, hydraulic steering lines, hydraulic steering cylinder, hydraulic steering flow valves, steering yoke (excludes cables). Power / Mechanical Steering: Control helm assembly, control rack and yoke assembly, power steering pump, power steering cylinder, steering wheel, steering wheel mounting hub.
Transmission
All lubricated internal parts within the transmission case. Also covered: oil pan, transmission mounts. Case if damaged as a result of the FAILURE of a lubricated internal part.
