In 2004, ServiceGuard Systems, Inc. decided to channel its considerable administrative and claims handling talents to a select group of motorcycle manufactures. Starting with factory warranty administration for Saxon Motorcycle Company in January 2005. ServiceGuard is directly involved with every Saxon motorcycle retailed in the United States and handles everything from directing units in need of repair to an authorized repair facility, to paying the repair center and providing report data to Saxon Motorcycles.

ServiceGuard Systems, Inc. then designed and brought to the market the most innovative service contracts ever made available to riders of big American V-Twins. The release of the American IronHorse service contract in 2006 and the Big Bear Choppers service contract in 2007 feature V-Twin specific coverage for units out to 72 months and used units with terms out to 36 months. Both programs also feature industry leading Comprehensive (Exclusionary) coverage available on all new models.
