We provide monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on production and claims. Customers are directed to your Service Department via our nationwide “888” claim number. We will also direct your customer to a transient repair facility for repairs when outside your local area.

Dealers Assurance Company ("DAC") is the insurance carrier of all ServiceGuard Programs. DAC has maintained an "A -" (excellent) casualty insurance company rating with the A.M. Best Company since 1985 (the first year DAC was eligible for the rating).
